Student Email Access
Every enrolled student at King James Bible College has the option to receive a dedicated student email address for official communication, coursework, instructor contact, and access to Microsoft 365 Education tools. This service is available to all active students but is not required.
Your Student Email Address
If you choose to receive a student email account, your address will follow this format:
This email is hosted through Microsoft Outlook and includes full access to send and receive messages, communicate with instructors, submit assignments, and use Microsoft 365 apps such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and OneDrive.

How You Will Receive Your Login Information
After your enrollment is verified and you request an account, the college will create your student email and send you:
- Your new student email address
- A temporary password
- Instructions for signing in for the first time
During your first login, you will be required to set a new password and configure basic security settings to protect your account.
First-Time Login Steps
- Visit www.office.com
- Enter your student email address
- Enter the temporary password provided to you
- Create a new password when prompted
- Set up your security verification (phone or email)
- Once complete, you will be taken to your Microsoft 365 dashboard
Password Reset
If you forget your password or cannot access your account, you may use the Microsoft password reset tool or contact the college office for assistance.
For security reasons, passwords cannot be reset without verifying your identity.
Account Requirements
- Student email accounts are optional and provided upon request
- Students must remain actively enrolled to keep their account
- Accounts may be suspended after six (6) months of inactivity
- Students continuing beyond one year may request renewal
- Returning students may request a new account if needed
