Who Qualifies?

Any currently enrolled student who does not already have access to Microsoft Word or Microsoft 365 may request a free account. This benefit is provided to support students who may not be able to afford a subscription.

How to Request Access

To request a new Microsoft 365 account or renew an existing one, please complete the form below. A staff member will verify your enrollment and contact you once your account has been issued or renewed. Note: If you would like to upgrade to the downloadable software version, please mention this in the “Reason for Request” section of the form. A minimum yearly donation of $50.00 is required to help cover licensing costs. (Upgrade is optional.)

    Eligibility & Account Retention

    Students must remain actively enrolled at King James Bible College to maintain access to their Microsoft 365 Education account. The standard term for each student Microsoft 365 account is one (1) year from the date it is issued.

    If a student becomes inactive or is not enrolled in any courses for six (6) consecutive months, their Microsoft 365 account may be suspended or removed to maintain licensing compliance and system security.

    Students who continue their studies beyond the one-year mark must submit a renewal request to confirm their enrollment and keep their Microsoft 365 account active. Students who return after a period of inactivity may request a new account.

    Limited Availability

    At this time, Microsoft 365 accounts are available in limited quantity and are issued on a first-come, first-served basis until all available licenses have been assigned. The college is actively working to expand this program so that every student who needs access will be able to receive it in the future.

    Inactive accounts are removed to maintain licensing compliance and system security.

    * Note: Upgrade Available

    Students may choose to upgrade their free Microsoft 365 Web‑Only account to a full downloadable software version for a minimum annual donation of $50.00. This donation helps offset the licensing cost. Two upgrade paths are available: Microsoft 365 A3 (Desktop Apps) and Microsoft 365 A5 (Advanced Features).
