Master’s in Biblical Studies
The Master’s in Biblical Studies program is designed for graduates of the King James Bible College Bachelor’s program who desire to deepen their doctrinal understanding and produce a scholarly thesis grounded in the King James Bible. This program awards 45 credit hours upon completion and is overseen by the King James Bible College Board of Directors.
Steps to Enroll
- Register online if you have not already.
- Choose one doctrinal topic from the approved list:
- Eternal Security
- Doctrine of Grace
- Why the King James Bible
- Who Is Salvation For
- Tithing and Giving
- John 14:15 — “If ye love me, keep my commandments.”
- Faith, Believe, Faithfulness
- What Does the Bible Say About Calvinism
- A topic of your choice (requires approval)
- Read the entire King James Bible.
- Read two approved books related to your chosen topic.
- Complete an outline and thesis, which will be graded by a college instructor.

- The King James Bible
- Two approved books related to your doctrinal topic
- Books must be by sound, King James Bible–believing authors
Thesis Requirements
Your thesis is the capstone of the Master’s in Biblical Studies program. It must demonstrate advanced biblical study, doctrinal clarity, and faithfulness to the King James Bible. The thesis is a major academic work and will be carefully reviewed by the King James Bible College Board of Directors.
Length & Format
- 20,000–40,000 words (minimum 20,000; maximum 60,000)
- Typed, 12pt font
- Standard 8.5 x 11 portrait layout
- Pages must be numbered
- Must include:
- Title page
- Introduction
- Main body
- Discussion section
- Bibliography
Discussion Section
The discussion section must align with the King James Bible as the final authority. It should read like a detailed, research-supported book report that clearly explains your doctrinal position and supports it with Scripture. A complete bibliography is required.
Referencing Guidelines
- Use consistent formatting for all citations
- If one Bible verse is bold, all Bible verses must be bold
- You may cite your own previously published work

What Is a Thesis?
A thesis is a scholarly research paper that proposes or disproves a hypothesis, demonstrates advanced study, supports conclusions with Scripture and research, and contributes meaningful insight to biblical studies.
