The Master’s in Biblical Studies program at King James Bible College is an advanced degree designed to deepen students’ understanding of doctrinal truths through in-depth study of the King James Bible and additional approved resources. Students will explore a doctrinal topic of their choice, develop a comprehensive outline, and write a thesis to demonstrate their mastery of the subject. This program emphasizes biblical authority, scholarly research, and personal spiritual growth, culminating in a Master’s in Biblical Studies degree upon successful completion.

Who is eligible to enroll in the Master’s in Biblical Studies program?
Students who have completed the Bachelor’s in Biblical Studies program at King James Bible College are eligible to enroll. Degrees from other institutions are not accepted.
What is the cost of the program?
The program cost is $100.
Can I choose my own topic for the thesis?
Students can select from a list of ten doctrinal topics provided. Alternatively, a student may propose a custom topic, subject to approval by the college president or administrator.
What are the reading requirements?
Students are required to study the King James Bible and read two additional approved books related to their selected topic.
How long should the thesis be?
The thesis must be between 20,000 and 40,000 words, with a maximum limit of 60,000 words.
How is the thesis graded?
The thesis will be evaluated on the student’s understanding of the chosen topic in light of the King James Bible, as well as proper research, formatting, and analysis. Grades and feedback will be provided by college instructors.
Are there formatting requirements for the thesis?
Yes, the thesis must be typed in 12pt font, include page numbers, and follow a standard structure with a title page, introduction, main body, and bibliography.
How long do I have to complete the program?
There is no time limit. Students can progress at their own pace.
Can I use Microsoft Word to write my thesis?
Yes, Microsoft Word is recommended. Students are advised to use its features carefully to ensure proper formatting and grammar.
Can I reference my own previously written work?
Yes, self-citation is allowed if it is relevant to your thesis and properly cited.
How do I select and get approval for the additional books?
Submit your chosen books for approval. You can do this in the course assignments section. The books must be written by King James Bible-believing authors to ensure alignment with the program’s standards.
What support is available if I have questions while writing my thesis?
Students can seek guidance from their pastor, president/vice president of the college, the college administrator, or board members. Video conferences can also be scheduled for additional support.
What degree will I earn upon completion of the program?
Graduates will be awarded an official Master’s in Biblical Studies degree accredited by the King James Bible College Board of Directors.
