The Assessment-Only Bachelor’s in Biblical Studies Program at King James Bible College provides an alternative way for students to complete the same 48-course, 120-credit-hour Bachelor’s in Biblical Studies program without completing the full interactive course lessons.

The Assessment-Only option is designed especially for students who already have a strong working knowledge of the Bible or who prefer a more independent approach to their studies. Rather than completing the full online lectures and lesson materials, students study the assigned portions of Scripture independently and complete the required assessments for each course.

Current Course Availability

At this time, we have 24 of the 48 Assessment-Only courses completed and available online. We are actively working to make the entire Assessment-Only program available.

As part of this process, we are going through the Assessment-Only courses and reworking and updating them before placing them online. We expect to have the remaining courses completed very soon and will continue adding them as they become available.

Students must receive a passing grade of 80% or higher on each assessment. Students are permitted up to two attempts to successfully complete an assessment.

Recommended Way to Complete Assessment-Only Courses

We recommend that students first download and print the quiz questions provided with each course. Using your King James Bible, work through the questions on paper and carefully study the corresponding Scriptures to determine your answers.

Once you have completed the printed quiz and are confident in your answers, sign back into the course online and complete the quiz directly through the website. Your assessment will be graded immediately, allowing you to see your score and continue progressing through the program.

This method allows you to take your time studying the questions without feeling rushed while still receiving the convenience of immediate online grading.

Combining Assessment-Only and Interactive Courses

The Assessment-Only Program may also be used alongside our regular online interactive courses. If you have completed all of the interactive courses currently available and are waiting for additional courses to be released, you may complete the courses you still need through the Assessment-Only Program.

Likewise, students enrolled in the Assessment-Only format may complete an available course through the interactive format if they choose. Courses completed through either format count toward the same Bachelor’s in Biblical Studies degree requirements.

All Bible study, Scripture references, and course requirements are based exclusively upon the King James Version (KJV).
