The Associate in Biblical Studies program at King James Bible College is designed to provide students with a strong foundation in the Word of God, using the King James Bible as the sole textbook. Through this program, students will study key books of the Old and New Testaments, Bible doctrine, Christian living, Baptist distinctives, biblical history, and other important areas of Scripture.

The Associate in Biblical Studies program consists of 24 required courses, with each course worth 2.5 credit hours, for a total of 60 credit hours required for graduation.

The program includes courses covering individual books of the Bible as well as specialized studies such as Divine Authorship and the King James Bible, the Baptist History Series, and additional Bible and ministry courses designed to give students a well-rounded biblical foundation.

Currently in Development

The complete Associate in Biblical Studies program is still being developed. Students are welcome to begin working toward their Associate degree now, but not all 24 required courses are currently available.

Our instructors and staff are actively working to complete and release the remaining courses. As each course is completed, it will be added to the program and made available to students.

Once all required courses have been completed and released, students who successfully complete the 24-course, 60-credit-hour requirement will be eligible to earn their Associate in Biblical Studies degree.

Continue Toward Your Bachelor’s Degree

The Associate in Biblical Studies also provides an excellent foundation for students who intend to continue their education through our Bachelor’s in Biblical Studies program.

The Associate degree represents the first 60 credit hours of biblical study, while the Bachelor’s in Biblical Studies requires a total of 120 credit hours. Students who continue into the Bachelor’s program can build upon the biblical education they have already completed rather than beginning their studies over again.

All biblical instruction and Scripture quotations throughout the program are based exclusively upon the King James Version (KJV).
