The Assessment‑Only Correspondence Program is designed for students who prefer to study independently using only the King James Bible. No lecture notes, videos, or supplemental study materials are provided.
This program is ideal for students who want a flexible, self‑paced option without additional coursework.
📝 How the Program Works for Correspondence Studies
Students who choose to complete their courses through mail or email will receive their assessments as printable documents. Students complete each assessment on paper at their own pace.
Completed assessments may be submitted in one of two ways:
Important: When mailing or emailing your completed assessments, please include the following information on every quiz you submit:
- Full Name
- Mailing Address
- Student ID (the phone number you registered with)
This information is required so we can correctly match your quiz to your student record. Missing information may delay grading or prevent us from assigning credit.
Please allow up to two weeks for your grades to be entered. All correspondence students are added to our iGradePlus system so they can track their progress throughout the program.
Note: At this time, printed materials can only be mailed within the United States.
All completed courses — regardless of method — count toward certificates and degrees.
💻 How the Program Works for Online Assessment‑Only Courses
Students who choose to complete the Assessment‑Only courses fully online will complete their quizzes directly through the website. This option provides instant grading and does not require mailing or emailing assessments.
No additional registration is required if you want to complete these courses online. The available Assessment‑Only online courses are listed at the bottom of this page. Simply click “Preview Course” and then click “Start Course” to begin.
- Start the course
- Download the PDF or Word version of the quiz
- Complete the quiz on paper first — strongly recommended
- Log back in to the course online
- Enter your answers directly into the online quiz
- Click Submit to receive your grade immediately
Important: Students are allowed two attempts to pass each Assessment‑Only quiz. A minimum score of 80% or higher is required to pass. If both attempts fall below 80%, the student will be required to take the full online course for that subject.
Completing the quiz on paper first helps prevent mistakes, since questions and answers appear in random order each time the quiz is taken.
🧾 Grading & Requirements
To successfully pass a course in this program, students must earn a minimum grade of 80%.
Students are allowed two attempts to pass each Assessment‑Only course, whether completed online or through correspondence (mail/email). If a student fails both attempts, they will be required to complete the full course either through the online version or through the Mail Correspondence Program, which is divided into lessons.
Correspondence students will have their grades entered into iGradePlus within approximately two weeks of receipt.
Online students receive instant grading through the course system.
⏳ Six-Month Non-Activity Policy
We are implementing a six-month non-activity policy. If a student has not been actively engaged in coursework for six months, we will make every effort to contact you by phone, email, and letter. If we are unable to reach you and there is still no activity by the end of the seventh month, the student account will be removed from our system.
This policy is necessary because some students register but do not remain active in their studies. For every student account we maintain, we are required to pay a monthly fee to use the iGradePlus system—even when a student is inactive.
If you have registered and:
- Have decided not to continue your studies,
- Have changed your mind,
- Or have not yet started but plan to do so,
Please reach out and let us know. This greatly helps us steward resources responsibly.
Note: If you have registered and have not yet received your assessment packet, please do not re-register. Contact us so we can confirm your registration and assist you.
📦 Assessment Packets & Turnaround Time
If you have registered and have not received your first assessment packet, or if you mailed in completed work and have not received a new packet, please contact us.
Our goal is to have assessments graded and new packets mailed out within two weeks of receiving your completed work (excluding extended holidays when the office is closed).
If you are able, we also recommend making copies of your assessments before mailing them.
